Soft Aid Tech offers software development, IT resource augmentation, and technology consultancy services for businesses globally. You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and not for any unauthorized or harmful activity.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
– Provide accurate project requirements and timelines.
– Cooperate with our development team and project managers.
– Comply with all local, national, and international laws.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all software, code, designs, content, and documentation developed by Soft Aid Tech are the intellectual property of Soft Aid Tech, until full payment is made. Custom IP transfer clauses will apply as per contract.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules, milestones, and billing cycles will be agreed upon in the project proposal or service contract. Failure to pay on time may result in project delays or suspension of services.
5. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your data. Any information shared with us will be kept confidential and only used for project execution. We sign NDAs upon request.
6. Resource Augmentation Terms
If you engage Soft Aid Tech for resource augmentation:
– You agree not to hire our resources directly without written consent for at least 12 months after the end of contract.
– Replacement requests must be submitted in writing with a 15–30 day notice.
– Engagements are billed monthly with a minimum term of 3 months.
– Early discontinuation requires 1-month prior written notice.
7. Disclaimer
All services are provided “as-is” without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free development, or absolute security.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Soft Aid Tech be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
